Grasmere toll

At the Grasmere toll this morning I was at the boom when a vehicle took the emergency lane and parked his car in front of the boom. He got off gave the guy R7. 00 and told him to open the boom. Extremely disgusted at the sanral employee that allowed him to pass in this manner and without paying the correct fee.
