Extended discount not credited

This is the 3rd time I am logging the same query. A payment was made to settle my outstanding amount when signing up for an etoll account. After the payment was made, an extended discount was announced publicly and motorists were getting up to 60% discount. When I enquired, I was told that this discount will be loaded as credit onto my etoll account. About R2000 is owed to me. The reference code used was my VPC account number. Still no response from their service centre around when I can expect this discount.
