If I could, I would give this organization a zero. I do not have a tag and do not want one, but regularly after passing through a gantry, visit the sites in person to make payment. However, they can seldom tell me what I owe, either offline or some or other feeble excuse. I now collect written statements where they have to confirm in writing my visit and any payment made.
