Etol Why cant just log in pay???

SANRAL is trying to make it imposible to manage an Etoll account. Current debt, VPC debt that I need another login for that never arives???? and then debt that the 60%less dudes handle. SO why cant I just login once and setle my 100 odd bucks I owe. I have given up. I will pay whats outstanding on my etag (that i can get too) the other 100 rand you can hand over and sue me for.
