eTag Gantry Stations still faulty-2 months later

Sanral, as per my complaint on 16 March 2015 that your Gantry stations are out of order, nearly two months later, they are still not sorted out and working and I am still having the same issue with my tag beeping me four times every time a drive through under a gantry alerting me that I am out of funds! It is most annoying!<br> <br> In your response to my first complaint on 16 March 2015 when a gentleman contacted me, I was told that you were not aware of this problem. Really!? Your call centre was aware of this problem and the eToll stores that I went into myself. How can you not be aware of this? <br> <br> I cannot understand how this is taking so long to sort out. I am now going to derigster and join the millions who have not registered. I am actually the idiot here to have registered!
