Erroneously Suspended etoll Account

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle. <br> I am now being held liable for the previous owner's etoll violations. I have tried rectifying this matter with etoll via calls, emails & my online profile with no success. <br> I am extremely appalled by the lack of communication & resolution. I have paid my etoll from day one & this is what I get for being a good citizen.
