Erroneous Billing

I contacted Sanral in connection with a etoll i received in connection with my scooter.Firstly scooters are not allowed on the highway and i have never been on the highway.To date-two weeks later i am yet to receive a call from Sanral who assured me when i spoke to them that i would be contacted within 48 hours.If this is the way you treat compliant customers then i have no choice but to be non-compliant in the future,Have a *** great day
