E-toll must be discontinued

I was sent an e-toll for a car that was written off in October 2019, date on invoice states November 2019. What's worse the car in the picture isn't even my car, this car is a big bakkie with a bull bar. My car is a hatchback. So how did my number plates end up on a Nissan? Clearly this system is ***** and should be discontinued because how many people have been paying for invoices that are not even theirs.
