e-toll bill for vehicle which was not registered

I have been sent an e-toll bill for trips in October 2015 for my vehicle.<br> <br> 1. The vehicle was only registered in November 2015!!!<br> 2. The vehicle in the photo is a different make and model<br> 3. I am from Durban and did not drive in Gauteng in October<br> <br> This is clearly an administrative error since it should be trivial to check that the vehicle was not registered at that time and that the make and model is different from that on the enatis system. <br> <br> I was told to e-mail my logbook which I did. Now I am told I have to provide affidavits, get things signed by commissioner of oaths, send via registered post etc.<br> <br> This is ridiculous! Check the ****** enatis system and verify your mistake. To make me responsible for your incompetence is ridiculous.<br> <br> <br>
