E-tag troubles

Got an etag early Jan 2024, created the account but was not able to link the tag. I called Sanral, they said that I will receive a mail that says my tag is linked. Two weeks later no mail. Called them again, same story no mail no call back. Ordered another tag as well. No communication on when the tag will be delivered nothing
