Double charged

My card was swiped twice on 28th december for amount R28.5. Cannot be trusted. Cannot understand why have i been double charged same amount for asking for a receipt yet teller has not enlightened me. As you duplicated charge. Thank you for inconvenience. Have told teller yet she refused hence its evident on my statement. Please refund me asap. My atrorneys will be incontact with you.
