Double Charge - Case ***

Wow I am still battling with the double charge. It looks like SANRAL is not like the rest of us and does not accept affidavits. Since my posting on Hellopeter, all of SANRALS correspondence still state that they need the receipt. I have told them eight times now that I was not given the receipt and thus cannot produce the receipt and to please use the affidavit as proof of payment. In their correspondence they have told me to go to Kranskop Plaza to get the receipt (a round trip of about 240KM), have asked me for my bank statement (all I want is for them to reverse the double charge), and have told me they are unable to make adjustments without a receipt (a statement that I refuse to accept - unwilling maybe but not unable). I would really like someone at SANRAL to clearly state that they do not accept affidavits and I can then take it from there. I really am getting the run-around
