Does anything work properly at Sanral

Received e-mail regarding "password reset" in the interests of security. System hacked is possibly closer to the truth. Anyway, cant reset for some unknown reason. Tried call center a number of times and that also doesn't work and get past the automated answering machine options. Before this all became a reality they advertised that the highways would be better - joke. And everything about SANRAL has been a joke since. I only pay because don't want to chance it if handed over.
