Disgraceful N4 Toll Road

I travelled alang the N4 from JHB to Malelane this week and was shocked to be charged 3 tolls on the road. My gripe is the N4 is being upgraded and in a lot of places is single lane traffic. I would expect if I am to be charged such absorbtant toll feees you could at least give me a decent road to travel on. Furthermore, the service and waiting time at the Malelane toll is disgraceful. It would seem Sanral business model is to charge your customer for the upgrade and offering a disgraceful road to travel on, when you should be making a loan for the upgrade and then charage a toll to pay back the loan.
