Deducing My Credit Card Without My Consent

I have been trying to stop Sanral from debiting my credit card. Have sent them email after email and up to now no feedback from them. At the same time I have spoken to my bank and they informed me that they will not be able to assist. I will need to solves this issue with Sanral. How is this possible if they do not responded . I am true disappointed in the company. Keep on taking money from my account with out any reason.
