After paying etolls for year - I was only an occasional visitor to Gauteng - I saw after checking on their website that none of my payments had been recorded on their records I double that the reference number they had allocated to my account was correctly shown on my bank statements but they refuse to check their bank statements - they want me to send them my bank statements, which I refuse to do because I have no reason they will treat my personal financial information in confidence I ask what has happened to the money i paid - it is but a small amount which appears to have disappeared and is this just "die ore van die seekoei" I obviously will never pay them a sent again unless they can explain what happened to my etol payments and get my account up to date
