Complaints not resolved - deleted

All complaints logged on the sanral system or reported at their customer care centre are deleted without anything being done. I can for example not make a payement using the tablet, since the software used add a - and then there are not enough space for the credit card number. sanral is not interested to investigate - all complaints are closed without anything being done. I cannot update my payment using my credit card since they do not send me my opt code - all other transactions are working. sanral is not interested to investigate - they just close or delete the complaint without doing anything about it . sanral will also not react on this complaint
