CHARGED FOR REGISTRATION NO LONGER IN MY NAME

After selling my car in March 2014, I am still being charged for e-tolls related to a registration number that is no longer registered against my name. The amount of money I have spent in calls to the (so called) HelpLine, and the amount of time I have used --- all cannot really be counted in terms of time lost and cell phone budgets blown. As an ordinary member of the public, Sanral makes me believe that I have no voice and no rights. I have paid all Sanral's legitimate charges, I have even paid for charges that should not have been charged to me. But I absolutely will not pay another cent.
