Billed privately

Hi, I had a private etag before I got the etag from my employer which was issued by standard bank on 2014-03-31 with number ***08 1218. After receiving the etag, I cancelled the old one which was also a difficult task. Now I have received 3 odd bills billed to my registration number BN 92 HS GP since April 2014. Why does your system not work properly and you guys are billing me instead of this etag that beeps every time I go below a toll gate. Please cancel the bills that was sent to me and you should rather bill standard bank for those invoices not me as the etag was issued to me before you billing me privately. The etag that was cancelled before me using the etag from office was ***94 5274. The 3 invoices I have received are against my registration number certificate 40242bbcy0000 for MISRA CC.
