Billed for sold vehicle

Ok so I had a Honda bike witch I sold before etoll was introduced, the person never gave me his details and I went to the license office and reported what happened as I was stil getting license renewal notices, did the affidavid thing and it was stopped and noted on the licensing system, got bills for etoll and have visited the etoll booth where I was given email accounts and I sent emails etc and still nothing is done I am just getting the bills, would like my name cleared as I am not responsible for that costs as I am not the user, and take note that, I have my current vehicles nominated under my wifes name and tagged and payed up to date
