Billed for other people's toll fees

In January 2015 I sold a vehicle and notified Sanral at the time to remove the vehicle and add my new car to the e-tag. I now receive invoices for the sold vehicle and it has become my responsibility to proof I've sold the vehicle. I managed to get the sale agreement with the agents and handed this to the e-toll office on 14th Ave. I now receive SMS to notify me that the representation was rejected without any reason for the rejection. Trying to call the Sanral call center is pointless... After they eventually answered they could not explain why the representation was rejected. <br> <br> I will NOT pay the outstanding fees on this vehicle and I dont care if Sanral accepts or rejects my representation.
