Bad service

I toped up my account through etoll website on 18 February 2022 and to date my account is reflecting the amount toped up. When i check with my bank the money is not cleared.I request the reversal from my bank.My bank wanted the letter from etoll.Etoll is now giving me hard time to get the letter for the bank to do the reversal.
