Authority Abuse

I am losing my sense of humour with eTol Sanral debit order that keeps being presented DAILY, can STANDARD BANK assist because what commenced as a R56 debit has now cost R1400 in bank charges. I went on 15/03/2015 Sunday to Sanral Cresta and specifically requested Sanral to remove any link to my bank account and that I would pay direct, the arrogant clerk assured me she had and yet today they present again, for payment another debit order. <br> <br> Is there any way Standard Bank can penalize Sanral or stop this everyday and abuse by Sanral? <br> <br> I am self employed, really going through tough times, and Standard Bank merrily keep returning insignificant debit orders which are less than the R115 RD charges
