1 year later and still not resolved

Exactly one year ago you were running a promotion - if you got an e-tag you would get a discount on your violation amount. <br> I went out and got an e-tag and called in to find out how much I need to pay (with the discount) to clear my Violation account.<br> I made the payment of R1187.43 on 02/06/2014 which was the settlement amount with the discount. <br> <br> So my account was suppose to show that I now have settled all outstanding amounts.. BUT IT DIDN'T. <br> For some reason the 'discount' was not app**** so the amount i paid didn't clear the amount. (was just seen as a normal payment)<br> <br> One year later my Violations account still says I owe R 1541.49 (it was suppose to have cleared!)<br> <br> I now pay my e-tolls monthly and I feel like I have been treated unfairly. <br> I have done the right thing - got an e-tag and settled my outstanding bills. But yet the discount for some reason did not apply to me and still says I owe money. This is not fair!<br>
