Worst service at Sanral e tol

God sanral is the worst service you can ever get. The staff don't know what they are doing. I got a invoice for a vehicle that is not my vehicle and they are telling me I must come to there office every time it's an error to reverse the invoice. This is the third time the same taxi registration comes to my address. I asked the lady at Sanral who pay for my petrol every time there is an error to come into their office. She looks at me blankly. Then they say it e natis giving them wrong vehicles on my profile. Then they say the vehicle I had could have had the registration I'm seeing. All nonsense stories. Poor service and pathetic attitude. Can I stop paying this account. In my opinion it could be they are placing there friends vehicles on your account. How can I have been there 3 times to rectify the wrong registration and its never rectified.
