VPC ACCOUNT RECEIVED THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO ME (HAS MY ID NUMBER AND POSTAL ADDRESS!)
I have received an account against my ID number and postal address for a vehicle that does not belong to me. The invoice date is for the period 2016/03/31 to 2016/03/31
I do not own or know this vehicle. What is of serious concern is that it is reflecting that I own with vehicle as my ID number and Postal Address are detailed on Tax invoice received at my postal address.
Using private information not only goes against the POPI Act but the Consumer Protection Act as well.
I have logged this with the NCC as well.

27 Sept 2017, 14:06I should have added that I don't receive the discounts from Sanral for:
- a vehicle registered that uses the e-Toll less than 30 times annually
- I go through 5 gantry's daily with one of the vehicles and do not get the discounted rate either (this applies to 2 vehicles registered out of the 3)
