USELESS AND PATHETIC SERVICE sanral etoll

Got a etoll invoice from sanral for a etoll fee THAT they mixed up my licence plate number with for someone elses VEHICLE!!!!! Dealt with 2 consultants NDU AND RUFIWE and a supervisor KABELO all of whom were absolutely of no help!!!!! I am based in durban and DON'T USE ETOLL IN GAUTENG!! I Have asked FOR a LETTER specifically saying that my VEHICLE licence plate NUMBER was mixed up in error , that my details would immediately be REMOVED off their database and NOT COMPROMISED IN ANY WAY and apologise for all the inconvenience they caused me!! This had now gone a few days and up to now they CANT GIVE ME TJE THE LETTER!!!
