UNWARRANTED SMS REGARDING DEBT COLLECTION

On 22/1/2018 I received the following sms from Sanral "You have overdue e-toll fees and you are now in a debt collection process. Call SANRAL on ********** 725". I find this extremely offensive as I am and always have been a prepaid e-toll user and have NEVER had a violation on my e-tag. When I eventually got through to the number this morning, the first person I spoke to by the name of Mdodo, cut me off instead of placing me on hold to attend to the problem. The second person I spoke to, I didn't get their name as they mumbled, told me that there are NO violations under my ID number. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???
