Suspension Notice and account suspension

<p>So on 23 March 2017 I get a notice that my balance is low. On the notice I get 7 days to pay. On the 24th I make a payment of R300. I get a suspension notice for not making a payment, for which the previous notice gave me 7 days AND my account get suspended. I think Sanral really needs to look into their system because it obviously doesnt understand the fact that I shouldnt be suspended when I have made a payment AND I still have 6 days left to make a payment. Seriously bad systems.</p>
