Good Day, I recently interacted and was assisted by Emily Nkosi at the Centurion Branch with regards with an issue that I had with one of our employees etag. Even though the problem was of my creation in that I had cancelled an etag online, I was assisted and received positive feedback in less than two hours. She even went the extra and called me afterwards to inform me that the issue had been resolved. I so look forward to such stellar service in 2020, and personally complement Emily for being such a star.
