SANRAL WON'T RETURN MY MONEY

I made a mistake of making a payment into an e-Toll violation account and contacted Sanral by phone ***) and by email (***). The payment was for R400 and I did not owe them. I asked for the money to kindly be returned into my bank account and the asked for proof of payment. Since the payment was made via EFT the only proof I had was an SMS and a screenshot of my banking app. They refused these and are still holding my funds for nothing.
