SANRAL Surprisingly Effective

I have been pleasantly surprised as to how helpful the call-centre agents are and how effective their website is in logging enquiries, all of the accounting pages (invoices, payments, etc.) works. This must be run by the private sector because NO government agency works this well or as pleasantly.
