Sanral Pathetic service

<p>My e_tag does not work, I took it to the Marianhill toll plaza, and the very unhelpful customer service person told me to log a fault.</p> <p>I have asked him to replace the unit but he refused. When I called the toll free number they told me that I need to replace the unit with a new one. So how do I convince a pathetic unhelpful sanral employee to assist me.</p>
