Ridiculous password requirements render the system unworkable

Try to log into my account to change my credit card details, but the password remains "incorrect". So I try to reset the password but keep on getting a message that reads "Password must be alphanumerical". This is in spite of having multiple numbers, letters, capitals and special characters in the 14-character password! What, are SANRAL Cyber Security experts now?! Now, I still can't reset it, and this all to give them my money?!
