Restricting Movement

Since I have had my previous vehicle I had 3 claims on it. 1st windscreen replacement and e tag not fitted. Had to refit after a few trips. 2nd time windscreen replacement and tag again not fitted. 3rd claim vehicle write off. Then I get bills stating I need to pay like R1200and currently sitting on just over R2200. I ask to see exactly why I owe so much proof of these amounts I owe as well. This is unfair to restrict my movement in a free country. I ask for someone to forward me documents of every event I owe with proof of the amounts and picture reference and why I would owe so much. Some of us do not have money to waste and I pay my tolls when I use the road. Some help would really be good.
