Refund not received only back and forth emails and calls to the.

as a good citizen i have been paying e-tolls since it was initiated way back when, we moved to Cape Town a year ago and two of our vechiles came with, so we have not been using etags on these vechiles since then. my one vechile is still being used in JHB and i therefore still pay a small amount into the etoll account everymonth. I recently managed to login to my etoll online account and found that i am actuly in Credit. I then sent a mail request to ********** to enquire about the credit and asked if i may have the money back that is owed to me. i also explained that i am no longer utilising two of the etags and it is to much of a mission to send it back to them, they could just deduct the 150.00 from my credit. Since the initial email i sent i had to send an additional 7 emails and make 2 calls of approximatly 20 minutes each, the first call i explained to the representative what was going on and he asked me to hold, i had to hold on for 20minutes where he did not even come back to me and tell me what he is busy doing. the second call i spoke to a respresentative and then she informed me that it will take approx 60days for the refund....alarms bels went off in my head, what kind of a mickey mouse orginisation tells a customer that is in credit that they are going to hold on to that money a little longer asif they are intitled to something they ar not even delivering a service on. i spoke to the supervisor and explained to her that i have a 7day period to pay when i have an outstanding balance on e-tolls then they hand you over. so what do i do as a customer that has a credit and money is owed to me by E-tolls, how do i hand them over? needles to say i am still waiting for my refund because e-tolls sent me back 21 emails then i reply and send them what tey require, then the next email comes and it request more info, but never does it state on the emails you actualy would need to wait up to 60 days for a refund. this is extremly bad service, and i noticed this is not the first instance of a refund not being paid to a customer.
