Reckless ******** biker

Biker skipped and broke the boom on the extremely left niry bound at umtunzini toll plaza today at about 21h00 and the toll booth attended did nothing about it as the biker passed me just as I entered the new dual lane caridgeway . ( Wearing a red and blk jacket on a bike that is nothing less than a 750cc). The biker is a African Male. Bikers are allowed to do this a travel at +200kms/h with no repocussion.

Sad..very sad.
