Received a invoice for E toll dont even stay in JHB

<p>I received a invoice for a E toll account and I don't even live in Jhb area and I was not even in the area on the date of 19/04/2016.I looked at the photo supp**** and it is a Fiat Palio in the picture and the registration number does not match any one of my motor vechiles that I currently own.I will have to open a ***** case against Sanral as they have all my informtion on there system obtained from the registration number that they think is mine.The registration that was supp**** on the invoice relates to a old registration number of a vechile that I currently own as a Citroen c 1 but it is a previous registration number of the this car before I owned it and since then has changed twice to the current number .How can the person doing the searching be so un educated that they can not see that this is not my car in the photo and not a a registered KZN vehicle.I want this invoice taken off my name and my details removed from the Sanral system completely as they received this information *******y from the Natis system with out my concent .This is a blatent violation of my human rights to receive a invoice for something I never signed up for high way ******* this e toll **** </p>
