Pathetic service

Pathetic service, inadequate staff and a general lacklustre performance. Been more than a month since I registered and made payments, made a follow up and it's going on 2 weeks since I was made promises that it would be deliver but yet to recieve my tag. Quick to take the money but pathetic when it comes to delivering the service expected. Rather keep change on hand, you'll deal with less drama.
