Not credited with the money loaded on E-tol

I would like to bring the following under your attention.

I received an e-mail stating that my e-toll balance is low, where I went to checkers and bought R 100 top up. Please see attached proof.

Yesterday and this morning when i go trough e-toll I get the 2 beep notification, which means my balance is low.

This is absurd! What happened to the R 100 of yesterday?

I have also not received a sms stating that moneys was loaded.

I expect this moneys to be credited immediately.

I am a loyal paying customer (1 of the few) and now you are *****ing my money.

I expect this to be rectified immediately or I will remove my tag and you will not receive another cent out of me.
