None of the phone numbers provide work and/or not answered, trying 2 months now

I've been trying for two months now to get hold of someone on the ***number, rings twice and cuts off, none of the other telephone numbers are answered? How does one resolve a dispute if there is no one available? I would rate them -9 if there was that option!
