No Feedback for nearly 2 months!!

<p>This is so pathetic! I received a bill of R33.06 and all I would like to find out if we still need to pay it or if has gone off on the tag... Not so difficult. But it seems that is too much to ask for as I have not received any response since the 11th of November 2016. I made numerous calls - which you dont get through to, and mails that has been sent out on the 11th, 16th and 21st of November and till date, still no answer. I don't understand how there is customer service and you do not even get a response to acknowledge receipt of a query. this is absolutely pathetic service!</p>
