Made Cash Payment now I have to wait 60 Days for a R400.00 refund!!!

<p>I went to PNP on the 17th of December and loaded my etag with R800.00 cash. I asked the cashier if this will show immediately on my etoll account and he then said yes it will.</p> <p>The next day we left for our holiday and then the etag was not loaded, I immediately contacted the customer service department a etoll and they informed me that it will only reflect in 3 days so I then had to pay cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now when I requested a refund they said that it will take up to 60 Days to refund me back R400.00 - and I made a CASH payment. This is insane and after all it is my money I am so disgusted by the service, but they expect you to pay to use the road!!!</p>
