Johannesburg E tolls

<p>This is the most tragic collapse of a public transport system ever! Your advert on the radio rang out something to the fact that we would be so surpirsed how quickly we would be getting home in the future! Well for your records .... I have never been delayed on my journey home since E Tolls started! You allow Taxis to travel free on these highways but they choose the emergency lane as the fast lane which jams up the entire system when they cut accross from the emergency lane where cars are trying to exit the highway! So dangerous and so inconsiderate about the lives of other people blocking the emergency lane. Why is this not policed and offenders thrown in jail for endangering lives! The example has been set and now the passenger vehicles are following as the standards have been set.....pathetic!!!</p>
