5. We received an e-toll Invoice for a registration number that has never been registered to Roof and Home.

6. Since the start of Roof and Home in 2013 Roof and Home has only had CAW registration numbers for all the vehicles. ( We are Based in George Western Cape)

7. Please confirm on the NATIS system the error on your side. ( National Traffic information system)

8. On the photo on invoice, no vehicle can be viewed just a highlighted registration number PGL720GP that is not registered to Roof and Home .

9. Please send us conformation of this communication and conformation that the error has been corrected and no more incorrect Invoices be issued to Roof and Home on this PGL720GP Registration Number please.
