Incorrect Bill amount on my eToll account

I have registered a Sanral eToll pre-paid account.

Last week Sunday (11/11/2018) my eToll account was incorrectly charged with an amount of R168.00 instead of R55.50 for passing through the "N1: Nyl Mainline South" tollgate, I was driving a nissan NP200 at the time of the incident.

I called Sanral last week Monday (12/11/2018) to enquire about the wrong charge which was imposed in my account and a case number of " ********** " was allocated to me. The customer care consultant (Surprise) including the supervisor (Jonathan) last week informed me that this will take 2 - 5 working days to resolve.

I have followed-up again today (19/11/2018) with Sanral to get an update, but the response i received from Kgomotso (Customer care consultant) and Lungile Zithe (Supervisor) was that they are not sure when this matter will be resolved as this matter is now in another team.

What I have learnt out of this is Sanral has power to bill a customer whatever amount from the customer's eToll account especially if you are using a prepaid eToll account. Sanral customer service turn-around time is not clear and not properly defined as they cannot explain it well to the customer.

My prepaid eToll account was suspended last week as a result of Sanral inconvenience and I had to go and recharge my eToll account again in order to keep it up to date.

The CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SYSTEMS at SANRAL is VERY BAD, POOR, a NIGHTMARE, RIDICULOUS, TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I am being frustrated with my own money that is sitting in the Sanral eToll account.

The SANRALl processes is a pain to the CUSTOMER!!!!
