Incentivize Toll Fee payment !

SANRAL has been responsible for maintaining and upgrading the Main Highways of South Africa for many years now. The national highways are, without a doubt, the best and safest roads to travel on in SA. But, we have a culture of non-payment of services, originating from the *******ion observed of the SA State. So no one wants to pay toll fees, because it may be used for illegitimate purposes. My proposal is simple and would bring in millions to SANRAL. It is that, people who are interested, or require to drive faster on our highways be allowed to do so, under certain terms and conditions, and on certain highways at certain times, and for this privilege, the driver of the car would pay an additional amount per toll gate to allow for legal speeding. It will solve the payment problems and more spirited drivers would subsidize the slow drivers and keep ensuring that the roads are well funded and maintained !!!
