<p> Management at etoll, after these were reported both to HR and Labour Relations, they were four different sittings in relation to this chaired by Emmanuel, labour relations, before the final sitting one employee was dismissed and the grievance never saw the light of the day. Hr act like they never heard the story and initiated a dismissal along with labour relations in defence of the manager in question. First she was tipped off by a colleagues who was secretly consulted about the allegations, this by the way was not supposed to be leaked, at the time staff was uncertain of the content and the grievance itself. </p> <p>I occurred that the colleague couldn't keep the secret from a dear friend, the was no turning back but to go ahead.</p>
