Etag admin and no help with new etag device

<p>I had an etag that was part of my CTC(cost to company) when i resigned at the begging of last month i had to give the etag back to the company. Now i want to drive etoll with an etag but cant open a new etag on my name for a car that is also on my name. when i go to the etag booths they confirm the etag is still active and thus cant open a new one. the etag has no functionality to close a etag and move it to some other person's ID number even if you are the legitimate owner of the vehicle.</p> <p>the old company states the etag was canceled, 2/08/2017. etag personnel cant confirm that, only confirms that there is an etag registered to my vehicle. I mean its terrible that if your device is broken or ****** you are not able to get a replacement.</p>

still no joy from sanral. and the thing is they dont even have the infrastructure to do the admin. next thing is that if one could prove with even a slightest doubt that they cant help to replace the etag and do the admin, it wont stand in a court. after 45 calls and 42 visits to etag booths, no luck
