E- Toll payments

Good day, As I see that you are battling to get people to join E-Toll. Unfortunately people want something back for what they are paying. ( Fixing roads is not what they want to hear) If giving them a 15% discount on their E-Toll could help. For example: Traveling from Polokwane to Pretoria round trip costs R355.00, with a 15% Discount will save the customer R 53.25 (one gate for free,)
